Upcoming Event: Cereal Box Art with NY Artist/Author Michael Albert
Join us for this live virtual event on Saturday, April 17th at 10 am on Zoom
Celebrate Earth Day with an interactive virtual art experience using cereal boxes, scissors, and glue! Michael Albert, author of “An Artist’s America” is nationally known for making art from cereal boxes and other printed cardboard consumer brand packages. There is no cost to participate, and all ages are welcome. Just save these materials:
· One cereal box (or any printed cardboard consumer brand packages such as cookies, crackers, frozen pizza, etc.)
· Glue (such as Elmer’s liquid glue or glue stick)
· A pair of scissors
· Cardboard approximately 8” X 10” (such as the back of a notebook, a piece of a corrugated box, or the inside back of the cereal box)
