Weekly Mindfulness Meditation

The Brewer Public Library is hosting weekly mindfulness meditation every Monday morning! The program will last from 8:30-9AM and will occur every Monday on Zoom from June 7th to July 19th. Mindfulness meditation is the practice of relaxing and being present in the moment, which in turn trains us to become more mindful throughout the day. At the start of the program a library staff member will give a short explanation of the exercise. Afterwards, we will watch a guided mindfulness video which will walk us through the process of the meditation and will last approximately 15 minuets.
